Key Responsibilities:- Removal and Disposal: Safely remove wallboard, carpet, tile, fixtures, cabinetry, ductwork, metal studs, and cables from construction sites.
- Material Handling: Transport and distribute materials and debris to designated receptacles, maintaining a clean and organized working environment.
- Physical Demands: Lift, carry, and hold building materials, tools, and supplies, as well as perform various physical tasks under the direction of supervisory personnel.
- Multi-Tasking: Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities on a daily basis, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Safety and Compliance: Participate in safety and environmental compliance initiatives, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Communication and Teamwork: Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment.
- Direction and Training: Understand and follow specific directions from supervision, as well as successfully complete job-specific orientations, safety, and training programs.
- Supervision and Accuracy: Work with close supervision and demonstrate the ability to repeat tasks of short duration according to established operating procedures and work practices, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Background Check: Pass a successful drug screening and be eligible to work in the United States.
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. The work location is one site, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth within Labor Source, Inc.
