KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. | Generate quotes tailored to client specifications from the ticketing system, including SOWs (Statement of Work)
2. | Collaborate with sales and Managed Service Provider (MSP) teams to grasp customer needs for accurate quoting
3. | Ensure quotes are thorough, encompassing all essential costs and profit margins.
4. | Liaise with suppliers and distributors to secure pricing for quotes
5. | Create Purchase Orders within the ticketing system for tracking purposes, following client approval of quotes
6. | Acquire hardware and/or software upon client approval and payment receipt
7. | Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages for clients
8. | Conduct quarterly audits to verify inventory accuracy and address discrepancies

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated experience in procurement, quoting, and inventory management roles

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Working Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
This position requires on-site work.
