The Property Portfolio Engineer at TSNE

If you're passionate about maintaining properties and ensuring they function smoothly, then this might be the perfect job for you at TSNE. They are dedicated to building a more equitable society by supporting nonprofits and community-based groups. As the Property Portfolio Engineer, you'll oversee repairs, maintenance, and special projects across the property portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks for properties in the TSNE portfolio;
  • Plan and execute capital improvements and special projects;
  • Supervise the Specialist, Property Maintenance;
  • Ensure properties are compliant with building codes;
  • Manage preventative maintenance;
  • Collaborate on capital projects.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum four years experience in building engineering or related field;
  • Knowledge of building trades and regulations;
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills;
  • Experience with work order management systems;
  • Relevant certifications like EPA and OSHA 10;
  • Desirable licenses include General Contractors License and Lead Abatement;
  • Must be a team player.
