  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for available apartment units based on the property portfolio.
  • Coordinate property showings from various marketing channels.
  • Efficiently lease vacant apartments and minimize vacancy through personalized showings.
  • Prepare comprehensive application packages, manage lease documentation, and oversee all aspects of the move-in process.
  • Input prospect data into necessary management systems.
  • Stay informed about competitor pricing, offerings, and incentives.
  • Proactively identify necessary adjustments in response to market trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Conduct diligent follow-ups with clients and deliver compelling closing presentations.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in residential leasing or sales.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are necessary based on the assigned portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a strong ability to close deals.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective time management.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Organizational and administrative competencies are crucial.
  • Willingness to work weekends as needed.
  • Experience with Yardi software is advantageous.
