Responsibilities

Client Service:


Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet their marketing objectives.

Listen deeply and ask big questions to help clients go beyond their vision and goals.

Strategy Development:


Collaborate with cross-functional/regional teams to develop data-driven and innovative social media and influencer marketing strategies that drive performance and ROI for clients.

Be a voracious consumer of media and culture with the ability to bring fresh thinking to client work.

Project Management:


Work closely with the creative & campaign delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, overseeing project management, and coordinating with internal teams, influencers, and external partners.

Track key metrics, and provide data-backed insights to continuously improve campaign performance and establish new workflows whenever necessary.
Inspire and lead your project team, fostering a collaborative, creative and supportive work environment.

Business Development:
Identify and drive opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
Actively pursue new business opportunities -

with an uncapped commission for acquiring new clients . Manage the entire pitch process (RFP), including the preparation of pitch decks and budget calculations.
Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role within an advertising or digital marketing agency with a deep understanding of social media analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Brand experience is a plus.
A passion for providing top-notch client service and building lasting client relationships.
Experience in account management, creator management, measurement, paid media and working within a revenue organization.
Strong ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with client goals.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively (in meetings and presentations). Big plus for someone who pays strong attention to detail and knows how to build a great deck.
Experience in leading and motivating teams, driving collaboration, and fostering a positive work environment.
Experience in reviewing legal agreements with creators and brands with an understanding of usage and payment terms.
Experience and knowledge of CRM tools such as Hubspot and Salesforce. Proficient in using various marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
