Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our team in Los Angeles. This role will involve managing technical accounting advisory engagements and leading multi-disciplinary teams serving clients in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategic technical accounting advisory engagements and lead teams serving clients in multiple industries.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to advise clients on complex technical accounting issues, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, and debt/equity transactions.
  • Research and resolve complex accounting issues, balancing client preferred solutions within the confines of US GAAP.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of technical accounting and transaction advisory experience from a top-tier public accounting firm or a combination of public advisory experience and reputable in-house corporate experience.
  • Strong people, project, and client management skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex issues into simple terms.
  • Strong analytical skills, sound interpretation of complex subject matter, and ability to generate meaningful insights.
  • Ability to execute in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
