The Role
  • Lead a high-performing North America Regional Enterprise expansion sales team
  • Drive sales professionals to maintain a top-notch pipeline and achieve sales and revenue objectives
  • Enhance sales order values and the lifetime value of enterprise customers through cross-selling and strategic upgrading
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to identify and address enterprise customers' strategic goals and business challenges
Main Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upgrading Lumen's products and services
  • Ensure impeccable funnel and deal management
  • Promote a digital-first environment for customers and sellers
  • Cultivate a positive, detail-oriented, and professional team environment
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive team culture
  • Lead by example, focusing on results and team development
What We Look For in a Candidate You should have: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience At least 6 years of experience leading winning sales teams in enterprise technology services Experience in leading other sales leaders and driving organizational attainment Strong communication, presentation, and selling skills

Skills in MS Office Products: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of Lumen's products and solutions

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting goals and leading a culture of high performance
  • Driving accurate forecasting and maintaining a high-quality pipeline
  • Building strong internal relationships and collaborating cross-functionally
  • Identifying and closing new sales opportunities
