About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Trinchero Family Estates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our distributor partners and key accounts in the assigned division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share for Trinchero Family Estates' portfolio of brands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners, key accounts, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to direct reports to ensure optimal execution and results.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide strategic insights to inform sales strategies and business decisions.
  • Manage and execute sales plans, promotional events, and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive and category landscape to inform sales strategies and business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the CPG, adult beverage, or related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing distribution for premium brands.
  • Strong business acumen, including knowledge of state and federal liquor laws.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable through strong interpersonal and influence skills.
  • Organized professional able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

Frequent travel, both by car, air, or train, is required. Ability to lift at least 45 pounds (case of wine) and work in a moderate to heavy physical work environment. Regular working schedule to include evenings and weekends, with long and irregular hours during peak seasons and/or special events.
