LHH is hiring a CONTRACT Bilingual (Spanish/English) Manufacturing Recruiter for a company in the Ozaukee County Area. This is a HYBRID opportunity requiring office days for tasks such as onboarding new employees, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates hourly recruitment needs with appropriate hiring Managers.
- Works with Management to define job qualifications.
- Develops hourly job postings (internal & external).
- Complies with legal aspect and ethical aspects of recruitment and selection.
- Coordinates the hourly interviewing process, including scheduling virtual/telephone and in-person interviews along with scheduling interview rooms and other logistical details.
- Reviews job applications and resumes that are submitted by applicants, along with the hiring manager.
- Does initial screening of applicants.
- Provides follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
- Works directly with recruiting agencies.
- Networks within the community and participates in appropriate job fairs.
- Writes job advertisements and posts with appropriate venues.
- Aids Human Resources Manager in conducting background checks and new hire administrative duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
