LHH is hiring a CONTRACT Bilingual (Spanish/English) Manufacturing Recruiter for a company in the Ozaukee County Area. This is a HYBRID opportunity requiring office days for tasks such as onboarding new employees, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates hourly recruitment needs with appropriate hiring Managers.
  • Works with Management to define job qualifications.
  • Develops hourly job postings (internal & external).
  • Complies with legal aspect and ethical aspects of recruitment and selection.
  • Coordinates the hourly interviewing process, including scheduling virtual/telephone and in-person interviews along with scheduling interview rooms and other logistical details.
  • Reviews job applications and resumes that are submitted by applicants, along with the hiring manager.
  • Does initial screening of applicants.
  • Provides follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
  • Works directly with recruiting agencies.
  • Networks within the community and participates in appropriate job fairs.
  • Writes job advertisements and posts with appropriate venues.
  • Aids Human Resources Manager in conducting background checks and new hire administrative duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.
