We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at CRMG. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our apartment communities, including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our apartment communities
  • Market and lease apartments to new residents
  • Collect rents and process payments
  • Serve notices and handle resident complaints
  • Develop and maintain reports and records
  • Prepare and execute agreements and contracts
Requirements
  • Two (2) years of previous customer service experience
  • Two (2) years of previous property management experience
  • Previous experience with property management software
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform bookkeeping tasks
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail
  • Available for after-hours emergencies
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Current valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
