Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various construction field roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, initial phone screens, setting up in-person interviews for managers, offers, initial drug screening, new hire orientation, new employee file set up, data entry of new hire information into Vista Viewpoint, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards and social media to manage the recruitment process.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Participate in select job fairs and/or other recruiting events to enhance our brand and attract qualified job candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment sites to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
  • Assist HR Director with sourcing administrative/professional candidates aligning with current strategy, process, and needs.
  • Assist with Spanish translation duties and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency.
  • 3+ years recruiting experience preferably in construction.
  • Bilingual-Proficient with both English and Spanish: Reading, writing and speaking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent Organization and Time Management skill sets.
  • Intermediate skillset with applicable software (Outlook calendar, MS Word, Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems, etc.)
