You provide exceptional guest service by ensuring the best accommodations for parking services and pier guided services of guests and groups from bus drop off locations, to and from boarding dock.


This role is an outdoor role that will require the GEORGETOWN TICKET AGENT to serve as a guest service liaison to sell tickets for out water taxi and sightseeing cruises and manage traffic flow of guests at docking area .

Serving as ticket agent to sell cruise tickets to our water taxi locations and sightseeing cruises.
Ability and willingness to work in an outdoor environmental element as a ticket agent - heat wind, snow, rain
Must be flexible to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time/ entire work shift.
