Position Overview: Cashier

As a vital member of our Parking Team, the Cashier plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless ticket management and guest transactions. This position is essential for delivering exceptional service that meets and exceeds the expectations of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor as they arrive and depart.
  2. Assist guests by addressing their inquiries and concerns, ensuring effective communication with the Operations Manager as needed.
  3. Manage visitor parking tickets, including issuing and collecting payments accurately.
  4. Match visitor tickets with the appropriate parking rate schedule and provide correct change.
  5. Handle lost ticket situations by completing necessary forms.
  6. Conduct daily reconciliation of cash, receipts, and charges, ensuring accurate accounting.
  7. Perform revenue drops in accordance with established procedures.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment around the cashier booth.
  9. Answer phone calls promptly and courteously when required.
  10. Report any incidents or safety concerns immediately to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
  11. Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and team members at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Basic mathematical skills are required.
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
