What you'll doWe are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Director of Product Management to join our startup, building products at the intersection of cyber-security and software development to disrupt the large Application Security market.
Our product managers go deep and move fast, taking products and features from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will have experience developing SaaS products with delightful developer experiences and expertise in supply chain security.Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape and identify key areas of competitive differentiation and market disruption.
Develop a product roadmap and specify product requirements that align with business goals and customer needs to build a strong product-market fit.
Building intuitive developer tools and APIs
Providing clear and concise documentation
Optimizing development workflows for secure software development
Ensuring product compatibility with popular developer frameworks, tools and platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products with a clear value proposition and competitive positioning.
Establish clear metrics and KPIs to continuously evaluate product performance, adoption, and usability with a direct feedback loop into the product roadmap.
Serve as the internal and external evangelist for your products.
What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
6+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a startup environment
Strong understanding of software development and CI-CD practices, including intimate knowledge of platforms like GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, etc.
Strong understanding of application security from a vendor or practitioner perspective.
Technically savvy:
you have previous experience as a developer and you can hold yourself in highly technical conversations with engineering.
Strategically minded:
you can quickly grasp both business and user motivations and goals, and craft a plan to drive toward them.
Exceptional communicator:
you communicate clearly and concisely, especially with technical audiences.
Self-starter: you can take ownership of an area and deliver beyond expectations.
