Position Overview: Machinify is in search of a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to facilitate the coordination of projects, both internally and for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee software development project management along with cross-functional coordination and communication to deliver exceptional products.
- Comprehend business requirements and the context that drives software development to effectively prioritize projects and tasks.
- Engage with partners and clients to foster mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Quality Assurance, Product Managers, and customer-facing teams to ensure high-quality products and features throughout the software lifecycle.
- Manage project timelines and tracking to ensure cross-functional alignment and the achievement of desired results.
- Identify gaps and communicate them clearly to project stakeholders, ensuring follow-through until resolution.
- Take ownership of release schedules and milestones, maintaining a high pace in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a technology-driven organization, with a proven track record of managing enterprise-level projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in software product delivery.
- Proven experience and expertise in communication with customers and partners.
- A proactive approach to taking initiative and managing projects from inception to completion.
- Aptitude for building positive relationships founded on trust and delivered value.
- Strong communication skills along with effective process, project management, and decision-making abilities.
- A critical thinker capable of strategic planning while maintaining attention to detail.
