Your Role: We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our Palo Alto team in a stimulating environment. In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to oversee, launch, and enhance impactful products.
  • Take ownership of intricate cross-functional projects.
  • Identify critical dependencies and risks, working with various teams to address them effectively.

Qualifications:

  • BS/MS in Software Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the software industry, with a strong enthusiasm for technology.
  • Proven track record of managing the complete software development lifecycle.
  • Experience in Technical Program Management within e-commerce, big data, or online services.
  • Project Management experience with a focus on resource balancing and prioritization.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
  • Able to influence without direct authority and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience as a technical lead in the software domain.
  • Experience managing international projects and teams.
  • Background in launching Internet services.
  • Familiarity with complex machine learning, scaling, and system performance challenges.
