Your Role: We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our Palo Alto team in a stimulating environment. In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to oversee, launch, and enhance impactful products.
- Take ownership of intricate cross-functional projects.
- Identify critical dependencies and risks, working with various teams to address them effectively.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Software Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the software industry, with a strong enthusiasm for technology.
- Proven track record of managing the complete software development lifecycle.
- Experience in Technical Program Management within e-commerce, big data, or online services.
- Project Management experience with a focus on resource balancing and prioritization.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Able to influence without direct authority and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience as a technical lead in the software domain.
- Experience managing international projects and teams.
- Background in launching Internet services.
- Familiarity with complex machine learning, scaling, and system performance challenges.
