Palo Alto, California, United States Assured Full time
Job Overview

Assured is dedicated to transforming the insurance landscape. Claims processing, often underestimated, serves as the cornerstone of the entire sector. Currently, it remains predominantly manual, relying on phone communications, faxes, and instinct—resulting in substantial financial losses annually. We believe there is a better way.

At Assured, we equip major insurers with the software tools necessary to thrive in a contemporary, technology-centric environment. From user-friendly claim submission platforms to sophisticated backend fraud detection systems, we are the driving force behind claims processing for some of the largest insurance providers globally.

The challenges we encounter are extensive and varied—from crafting digital experiences that offer reassurance and clarity to claimants during their most challenging times to managing large-scale machine learning-driven decision-making on billions of dollars in claims payouts. Life at Assured is dynamic, collaborative, and fulfilling.
