About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Quality Engineering team for Enterprise Cloud. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of test automation, executing testing cycles for Cloud products, and managing cross-functional technical resources during testing cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Steer execution on defined, program-level goals for medium-to-high complexity programs
  • Work within and across teams to anticipate, track, and resolve blockers, risks, and impediments to delivery
  • Responsible for tracking QE test automation deliverables and testing activities related to medium to high complexity initiatives
  • Steer test automation technical program conversations and articulate solutions
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to drive alignment of architectural approach and technical strategy
  • Participate in PI planning meetings and other Agile ceremonies for team/teams
  • Drive coordination, collaboration, and alignment between Product Owners, Architects, and Engineers
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with SDLC standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline or equivalent work experience required
  • Certifications in project management methodologies preferred
  • 3+ years in program delivery and project management
  • Experience with Agile/SAFe/Lean methodologies a plus
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives, priorities, and teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical knowledge in Cloud and testing, sufficient to understand and discuss technical challenges and systems design
  • Ability and aptitude to learn new technical skills quickly
  • Working understanding of major coding languages to track test automation delivery challenges and support solutioning
