We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Quality Engineering team for Enterprise Cloud. Key Responsibilities- Steer execution on defined, program-level goals for medium-to-high complexity programs
- Work within and across teams to anticipate, track, and resolve blockers, risks, and impediments to delivery
- Responsible for tracking QE test automation deliverables and testing activities related to medium to high complexity initiatives
- Steer test automation technical program conversations and articulate solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to drive alignment of architectural approach and technical strategy
- Participate in PI planning meetings and other Agile ceremonies for team/teams
- Drive coordination, collaboration, and alignment between Product Owners, Architects, and Engineers
- Monitor and ensure compliance with SDLC standards
- Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline or equivalent work experience required
- Certifications in project management methodologies preferred
- 3+ years in program delivery and project management
- Experience with Agile/SAFe/Lean methodologies a plus
- Experience managing multiple initiatives, priorities, and teams
- Technical knowledge in Cloud and testing, sufficient to understand and discuss technical challenges and systems design
- Ability and aptitude to learn new technical skills quickly
- Working understanding of major coding languages to track test automation delivery challenges and support solutioning
