We are on the lookout for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to facilitate the coordination of both internal and client-oriented projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee software development project management and foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional products.
- Grasp business needs and the context influencing software development to effectively prioritize projects and tasks.
- Engage with partners and clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Quality Assurance, Product Managers, and customer-facing teams to ensure high-quality products and features throughout the software lifecycle.
- Manage project timelines and tracking to ensure alignment across functions and successful achievement of goals.
- Identify project gaps and communicate them clearly to stakeholders, ensuring follow-through until resolution.
- Take charge of release schedules and milestones, maintaining a high pace in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a technology-driven organization, with a proven record of managing enterprise-level projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in delivering software products.
- Proficient in customer and partner communication.
- A proactive approach, taking ownership of projects from inception to completion.
- Ability to cultivate positive relationships founded on trust and delivered value.
- Strong communication skills, coupled with effective process, project management, and decision-making abilities.
- A critical thinker capable of strategic planning while maintaining attention to detail.
The compensation for this role will vary based on a range of factors unique to each candidate, including qualifications, experience, skill set, and certifications. The salary range for this position is $170k-220k. We are considering candidates of varying seniority levels, and our recruitment team will inform you if you qualify for a different role or salary range. Compensation includes not only salary but also meaningful equity, comprehensive healthcare, flexible time off, and additional benefits.
