About the Team:

As a Compensation Partner, you will oversee the end-to-end annual compensation review process, including merit evaluations, promotions, and bonus payouts. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and develop appropriate solutions, leveraging market analysis insights to drive strategic compensation decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to enhance partnership for fair job offer reviews.
  • Provide education and communication on Total Rewards to HRBP, Managers, and employees.
  • Establish procedures to ensure fair and competitive employee compensation.
  • Manage incentive and bonus plan design.
  • Stay updated on legislation affecting compensation and benefits.
  • Participate in corporate M&A projects.
  • Collaborate with HR Technology team for system automation.
  • Develop and implement compensation programs aligned with business strategy.
  • Contribute to global projects for compliance needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8+ years of compensation analysis/administration experience in a public company.
  • Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience in high-growth organizations with strong compensation knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Project prioritization and leadership experience.
  • Undergraduate degree in finance, business, or related field.
  • Effective communication skills.
