The team consists of Benefits & HR Practices, Payroll, Compensation, Workforce Analytics & Reporting, and People Systems & Operations. The Role

We're seeking a Compensation Analyst to help shape our talent strategy and ensure our rewards programs reflect our culture and values. As a Compensation Analyst, you'll support the Compensation Manager in scaling our compensation programs, enabling our managers, and helping our employees grow. You'll be responsible for delivering competitive, equitable, and innovative compensation programs that meet employees' expectations for today and tomorrow. You'll also contribute to compensation programs, including the compensation planning cycle, evolution of a job architecture, incentive plan design, and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the design of compensation programs and processes
  • Prepare spreadsheets and reports to support the compensation team and client needs for compensation information and analysis
  • Assist with developing and supporting training initiatives and drafting communications relating to compensation
  • Complete salary surveys to support our firm's critical and robust benchmarking process – collaborating with other departments to determine information used to complete surveys; maintaining schedules and monitoring due dates to ensure survey participation deadlines are met
  • Play a key role in ensuring data integrity of compensation information in the Dayforce HRIS
  • Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations and insights
  • Work closely with the Compensation Manager on the administration and data integrity of all compensation systems
  • Partner with Finance, Payroll Benefits, and HR Operations teams to achieve desired outcomes and produce data to support business needs
  • Create documentation for compensation administration and processes
  • Participate in ad-hoc related projects as needed and develop recommendations for process improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of compensation experience
  • Proficient with Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong expertise with Excel, including VLOOKUP's, conditional statements, creating charts and graphics, pivot tables
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Data Visualization tools is a plus
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets, with a keen attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage projects and stakeholders successfully and understand multi-division dynamics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated experience with discretion and confidentiality
