Compensation Manager

Genesis10 is seeking a skilled Compensation Manager to join our client's team in New York, NY. This is a 4-month contract with a hybrid remote work arrangement, requiring 3 days of on-site presence.
Job Summary:We are looking for a Compensation Manager to support our client's Corporate Compensation function. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of compensation and HR.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and implementation of compensation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Senior business leaders to drive compensation decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Design and administer compensation programs, including salary administration, incentive plan design, and equity administration.
- Partner with the Senior People Team Manager to work with Line of Business Management on total compensation issues.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of compensation and HR.
- Consulting skills, with strong verbal and written communication ability.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in supporting compensation programs in the Financial Services Industry.
- HRIS - Oracle.
