Essential Functions:

  • Lead and facilitate educational and development programs, ensuring engaging and impactful delivery.
  • Travel to various program sites to oversee and manage event execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with participants, ensuring a supportive and encouraging environment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth program logistics, including materials, schedules, and participant engagement.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at events, representing the organization positively and energetically to constituents, parents, volunteers, and corporate partners.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in teaching or program facilitation, particularly with diverse and varied audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of inspiring and engaging participants.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and events simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel to event locations and adapt to varying schedules, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in using technology and educational tools to enhance program delivery.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to the organizational mission.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred; relevant experience will be considered.
