Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance community school programming before and after school by recruiting participants and coordinating suitable activities for students.
- Maintain strong relationships with educational administrators and staff while ensuring accurate financial and attendance records.
- Collaborate with community organizations to deliver programs that cater to the needs of students and their families.
- Promote the program to ensure growth and sustainability.

Essential Duties
- Supervise program staff, monitoring attendance and interactions between parents and children.
- Design a multi-age after school program that is developmentally appropriate.
- Establish and uphold a program schedule that reflects effective management practices.
- Develop conflict resolution and behavior management strategies.
- Manage grant or tuition-based budgets, ensuring compliance with grant provisions and tuition collection.
- Maintain consistent communication with parents, school administration, and Youth Guidance.
- Coordinate and oversee all program activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-2 years of experience in youth or adult engagement within a non-profit or community development context preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Effective communication skills with youth of various ages.
- Understanding of the policies and structure of educational institutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in record-keeping, report preparation, and data presentation.

Physical Requirements
