Financial Specialist

Pay Rate: $18 an hour

Location: Houston, TX 77002

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Record client information and financial expenses accurately in the database.
  • Handle reimbursement requests efficiently.
  • Review expense summaries to ensure proper fund allocation for each client.
  • Assist in the preparation for internal audits.
  • Aid in the monthly reconciliation process.
  • Submit client assistance checks to the finance department weekly.
  • Respond promptly to finance department inquiries for missing or reconciliation items.
  • Coordinate with local family members regarding pre-arrival arrangements for incoming visitors.

List of Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least six months of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ownership of a vehicle, a valid driver's license, and car insurance.
  • Fluency in Arabic, Spanish, Nepali, Kiswahili, Urdu, or Burmese.
