Responsibilities:
- Record client information and financial expenses accurately in the database.
- Handle reimbursement requests efficiently.
- Review expense summaries to ensure proper fund allocation for each client.
- Assist in the preparation for internal audits.
- Aid in the monthly reconciliation process.
- Submit client assistance checks to the finance department weekly.
- Respond promptly to finance department inquiries for missing or reconciliation items.
- Coordinate with local family members regarding pre-arrival arrangements for incoming visitors.
List of Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- At least six months of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ownership of a vehicle, a valid driver's license, and car insurance.
- Fluency in Arabic, Spanish, Nepali, Kiswahili, Urdu, or Burmese.
