The Reserves Network Inc is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Case Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in enrolling eligible clients and making a significant impact on the organization.
Responsibilities- Client Screening and Referral: Screen walk-in clients for eligibility and make referrals to other programs as needed.
- Client Enrollment and Orientation: Enroll eligible populations and conduct regular orientation for newly arrived clients.
- Case File Management: Establish and maintain case files and update the database on a regular basis.
- Financial Disbursement: Disburse monthly checks per program guidelines.
- Record Keeping: File monthly assistance checks in clients' casefiles and add payment data to Client Track.
- Compliance and Guidance: Be familiar with all compliance guidelines and ongoing guidance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: One year of relevant experience in social services; refugee services and/or case management is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced computer skills are required (including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs).
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Fluency in one of the main refugee languages is preferred: Spanish, Dari, Pashto, Arabic, and Kiswahili.
- Schedule and Transportation: Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some weekends. Must have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance as required by law.
- Weekly Pay and Direct Deposit: Weekly pay periods and direct deposit.
