Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional to take on the role of Financial and Human Resources Operations Specialist at Adventure Playground Systems. Key Responsibilities

Financial Management and Payroll:

  • Accurately process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Foster vendor relationships and address billing discrepancies.
  • Reconcile financial accounts and analyze financial statements.
  • Manage payroll processing and maintain employee records.

Human Resources Management:

  • Serve as a communication bridge between management and staff.
  • Organize employee documentation and ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Oversee benefits administration and support recruitment initiatives.
  • Plan employee engagement activities and performance evaluations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, payroll, or HR support functions.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and HRIS applications.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
