JOB SUMMARY: The role involves identifying and nurturing partnerships that drive essential KPIs and align with Norwegian's brand vision. Responsibilities include managing and activating deliverables for existing partnerships, ensuring they effectively support business objectives. This position plays a critical role in enhancing brand presence and achieving marketing goals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide day to day account management to existing partners to ensure that agreements are properly executed to drive maximum value. Manage logistics for partnership events, activations and meetings or planning sessions. Provide assessment and POVs for potential new partnerships and marketing programs that drive incremental demand, generate brand awareness and direct opportunities, source new revenue and support business strategies. Analyze Partnerships activity to measure success and recommend optimizations for the future. Collaborate with Analytics and Research teams to assess overall partnership against defined KPIs. Stay abreast of the competitive landscape within Cruise, Travel categories and brand partnerships, making connections and recommendations where appropriate. Leverage tools to evaluate and understand brand fit and potential for prospective partner. Collaborate with internal partners to identify connections and efficiencies across portfolio of partners. Work with internal marketing teams to bring partnerships to life in creative ways. Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY: In Business, Marketing or related field; and or any equivalent combination of relevant work and education experience.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 3 years' experience in Partnerships, Marketing, or Account roles.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:

Critical thinking skills with ability to assess multiple inputs and develop a strategic recommendation. Strong, proven organization, attention to detail and project management skills. Comfortable gaining alignment and championing initiatives with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to easily adapt to and manage change and to thrive in a busy environment with deadlines. Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities at once. This position may require being the organizer and point person and/or attending evening and weekend Partnership events.
