Position Overview:

The APP/Clinical Recruiter will be under the supervision of OneOncology's VP, Physician and APP Recruitment. This position will entail executing recruitment and sourcing strategies to draw in, assess, recruit, and pick accomplished and diverse candidates to fill roles such as Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and other clinical positions within the OneOncology network.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment strategy to attract exceptional Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and other clinical roles for partnering practices.
  • Oversee the candidate qualification review process, initial interviews, and cultural fit assessments.
  • Prepare candidate presentations for partnering practices.
  • Research and engage in conferences, job fairs, and events related to advanced practice providers.
  • Establish connections with training programs nationwide to recruit talent for OneOncology partnering practices.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts with partner practices.
  • Create and update advertising for recruitment activities.
  • Maintain consistent communication with all clinical candidates.
  • Liaise with educational institutions, employment agencies, and other applicant sources.
  • Record data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, and hiring outcomes.
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking system for all clinical candidate interactions.
  • Drive referrals effectively and establish it as a primary source of hires.
  • Monitor data-driven metrics to gauge success.
  • Demonstrate an independent work ethic while fostering teamwork.
  • Other responsibilities as necessary to support our mission of enhancing the lives of individuals facing cancer.
