Position Overview

IV Nutrition, LLC is in search of a committed professional to fulfill the role of Clinic Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and evaluate client treatment and wellness, including initiating IV therapies, administering fluids, and guiding clients throughout their service experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, therapy services, assessments, and treatment responses.
  • Ensure adherence to professional standards, regulations, policies, and accreditation requirements.
  • Participate in recruitment processes, including candidate selection and staff development.
  • Provide training and education to team members on established protocols and client care.
  • Inspire and motivate staff to enhance productivity and align with organizational objectives.
  • Foster trust and respect among team members and clients effectively and promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: An Associate's Degree in Nursing or completion of an Accredited Paramedic Program; current and valid licensure is required.
  • REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records, Anatomy, Medical Terminology, and Clinical Practice Functions.
  • EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: A minimum of 2 years in Vascular Access or Infusion, along with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
  • SKILLS/ABILITIES: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, customer service orientation, patient confidentiality, applied leadership, multitasking, effective training capabilities, self-motivation, self-management, problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, time management, independent judgment, resilience, perseverance, organizational skills, patient care, and adaptability.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role involves working eight to ten hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as necessary. The work environment is a climate-controlled clinic with adequate lighting.

MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  • REASONING ABILITY: Capability to manage various variables with limited standardization, establishing credibility and decisiveness.
  • MATHEMATICAL ABILITY: Strong numerical skills; ability to perform basic arithmetic operations using whole numbers and common fractions.
  • LANGUAGE ABILITY: Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting medical documentation, with clear communication skills.
