Position Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to enhance our Human Resources team. This role will report to the Human Resources Business Partner and will play a pivotal role in spearheading recruitment initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for clinical and corporate positions within Lucent Health Solutions LLC.
  • Conduct sourcing activities, manage screening interviews, and coordinate scheduling for in-person interviews.
  • Facilitate and manage the candidate offer process effectively.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to provide regular updates on recruitment status and candidate pipelines.
  • Contribute to the development of regional sourcing strategies in partnership with HR leadership.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring adherence to best practices in recruitment strategy and execution.
  • Gather, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics utilizing ADP and other HR tools as necessary.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to enhance the organization's employer branding.
  • Assist in organizing, attending, and managing recruitment events.
  • Maintain professional knowledge and skills relevant to the role.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive corporate and/or clinical recruitment experience is essential.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with ADP or a comparable Applicant Tracking System is required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • This position requires a hybrid work model with an on-site presence for part of the week.
