Job Description:
As the Director of Development, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development team in securing commitments to purchase outcomes and fostering relationships with corporate and government partners. Utilizing your extensive network of corporate buyers and impact investors, you will drive the growth of our social outcomes exchange platform. Your expertise in fundraising and partnership cultivation will play a pivotal role in achieving our mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Fundraising Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with growth objectives.
Identify and secure outcome purchase commitments from various entities.
Cultivate relationships with potential buyers to secure financial support.
  • Corporate and Investor Partnerships:

Establish partnerships with major corporations and impact investors.
Collaborate with the executive team to identify partnership opportunities.
  • Customer Cultivation and Stewardship:

Maintain relationships with buyers and enhance customer engagement.
Represent OutcomesX at events to attract potential buyers.
  • Proposal Development:

Create compelling proposals for outcome purchasing arrangements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business goals.

Candidates must be located near one of our hub cities: NYC, Chicago, Washington DC, Denver, or Toronto.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
10+ years of fundraising experience.
Extensive network of potential buyers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to a startup environment.
