What You Will Do
Directly lead, develop, and supervise a team of Finance Partners. Informally lead across the entire KCC FP&A organization.
Develop trusted relationships and partnerships with key Capability leaders. Be an active member of Capability leadership teams.

Apply and Coach your team and capability leaders on the application of the Decision-Making Framework (DMF) process to drive sound economic thinking and accelerate decision making.

Key focus on outcomes, assessing alternatives, evaluating tradeoff & risks, economic modeling & framing, developing & communicating recommendations
Demonstrate principled entrepreneurship to identify and drive action on strategic initiatives, including investment, optimization, and transformation initiatives. Ensure progress is measured through bet tracking.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Experience leading, coaching and developing leaders/managers or strong individual contributors
Background in finance, business partnering, point-of-view development, economic analysis, or other role that demonstrates solid understanding and application of financial concepts, performance measures, economic principles (scenario analysis, marginal value, net present value calculations, risk adjusted thinking) and decision making
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and leading through a change
Outcome focused individual with experience developing and influencing an organization's financial strategy
Collaboration mindset with a demonstrated ability to challenge and influence others as a trusted partner
Experience demonstrating executive presence by utilizing strong communication and storytelling skills with all levels of an organization
