Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all financial operations within the organization
  • Control and optimize the company’s cash flow
  • Develop and execute comprehensive budget strategies
  • Prepare and present monthly and annual financial statements as required
  • Supervise all accounting activities and coordinate internal and external audits to ensure data integrity
  • Utilize data analytics to effectively forecast financial trends
  • Collaborate with the investment team to guide sound financial decisions aimed at enhancing profitability and reducing risks
  • Offer strategic financial planning insights to senior management for sustainable growth
  • Establish and oversee internal processes for the finance department, including accounting and billing

  • Manage funds from external grants or financing sources

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA certification (Preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing Accounting (Preferred)
