We are looking for a Commercial Sales Finance Advisor to collaborate with Enterprise Client Directors (ECD) and Enterprise Client Executives (ECE) within our Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) sales organization, engaging directly with clients.


This position plays a critical role in supporting Health Systems Sales by driving new business initiatives, including Lifecycle Refresh (LCR) opportunities. This is achieved through the collection of financial and market intelligence, crafting and advocating the economic value proposition, and developing business models to evaluate the viability of these new opportunities with clients.


Your Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis:

Collaborate with various business units to comprehend commercial offerings, IDN strategies, and innovative business models such as LCR and financing solutions. Prepare total cost of ownership (TCO) models and client-facing materials for significant bundle purchases and/or contracts utilizing alternative business models.


Client Engagement Presentations:
Deliver tailored solutions that align with client requirements while considering competitive and other factors that influence deal closure. Develop content for Enterprise Client Executives, customizing the message for the IDN executive suite to secure follow-up meetings with relevant business experts and strategic selling resources.

Strategic Collaboration:
Partner with ECEs and Enterprise Client Directors to identify and assess partnership opportunities.

Evaluate the significance of this sales/business development portfolio for Philips, determining the value of new developments and recognizing new opportunities for growth.


Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 5 years of client-facing experience in commercial sales within the healthcare sector, with a focus on strategic and financial modeling/analysis.

Demonstrated precision in financial modeling and the creation of innovative business models and value propositions.

Proficient in developing and articulating new business models and economic value propositions, as well as simplifying complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline is required. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) would be advantageous.

Exceptional presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant financial tools are essential.

Willingness to travel, including overnight trips, is expected.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings consist of base salary plus target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential ranges from $180,200 to $254,400 annually, along with a company vehicle. Total compensation may vary based on individual performance.


Target Earnings is just one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more.
