Vaco has partnered with a growing fast-food franchise to fill a recruiting coordinator role. The recruiting specialist/coordinator is responsible for screening, interviewing, and referring applicants for various positions throughout the corporation. This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, knowledge of clerical functions, and a basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
  • Build strong, credible relationships with managers and employees to deliver HR related solutions, influence outcomes and create a positive employee experience.
  • Prepare recruitment lists and job postings; maintain database of active resumes
  • Screen and recruit job applicants to fill entry level, professional, and technical job openings.
  • Schedule, conduct, and attend candidate interviews
  • Perform reference checks
  • Lead new employee orientations
  • Establish various talent acquisition reports and documents
Qualifications:
  • 2 to 3 years of recruiting coordinator experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience utilizing a large Applicant Tracking System
