The recruiting specialist/coordinator is responsible for screening, interviewing, and referring applicants for various positions throughout the corporation. This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, knowledge of clerical functions, and a basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
  • Build strong, credible relationships with managers and employees to deliver HR related solutions, influence outcomes and create a positive employee experience.
  • Prepare recruitment lists and job postings; maintain database of active resumes
  • Screen and recruit job applicants to fill entry level, professional, and technical job openings.
  • Schedule, conduct, and attend candidate interviews

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;
  • other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
