Job Summary

SENTA Partners is a rapidly growing Medical Service Organization (MSO) that supports leading ENT and Allergy physicians. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician Recruiter Specialist to lead our Physician Recruiting initiative and develop a comprehensive strategy to support the company's growth goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Provider Recruiting Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic plan to recruit and retain top talent in the ENT and Allergy physician space.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with senior leaders to identify hiring needs, develop position strategies, and source candidates.
  • Source and Recruit Candidates: Utilize databases, social media, fellowship program outreach, and other resources to identify and recruit top healthcare providers.
  • Conduct Market Research: Proactively research the ENT and Allergy space to understand the talent landscape and leverage competitive intelligence.
  • Build Relationships and Pipeline: Establish relationships with healthcare providers, build a strong pipeline of prospects, and continually identify new opportunities.
  • Provide Analytical Reports: Deliver well-documented recruiting reports to the team, highlighting key metrics and insights.
