We are currently looking for a talented Learning Experience Designer who can develop high-quality learning design plans and create engaging content on topics related to selling on Amazon.

In this role, you will conduct research to identify seller challenges and collaborate with internal experts to transform ideas into finalized content, including videos, blog posts, PDFs, and eLearning materials.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in research, project management, and adult education. Additionally, having experience working with clients to drive projects forward and enhance communication is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce learning design plans with diverse content formats for various channels
  • Develop content strategies based on research and existing performance data
  • Anticipate seller needs and create educational solutions
  • Conduct research using both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate with the writing team to review educational content
  • Coordinate feedback from internal experts and stakeholders
  • Commit to achieving goals and meeting deadlines
  • Propose content experiments and workflow enhancements

Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of program or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Proficiency in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation
