Amazon is seeking a skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging digital learning experiences that enable our delivery partners and associates to succeed in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Author storylines and create storyboards and scripts in partnership with subject matter experts.
- Produce training materials and content, including online/e-learning modules, job aids, online tutorials, multimedia products, and other training materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders and work efficiently across time zones.
- Create, maintain, and improve the curriculum and learning content to ensure that delivery partners and associates receive the right materials to enable them to be successful in their jobs.
- Partner with global stakeholders and SMEs to source materials and re-imagine interactive and engaging digital learning experiences.
- Draft, design, create, and deliver quality, on-brand training materials, raising the bar for creative and effective education methodologies.
- Produce training materials and contribute to the overall global learning strategy.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- At least 5 years of instructional design experience using the Adobe Creative Suite or similar to create digital learning, including animation, film, and graphics.
- 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
