The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, project management, and adult learning principles. You will work closely with sales leadership and subject matter experts to understand training needs and build educational content that leverages the latest technology and adult learning concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business needs into training curriculum and educational content
  • Work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand training needs and build impactful educational content
  • Create content and curriculum that supports competency models developed for each role
  • Use project management tools and skills to manage medium to large-scale projects
  • Ensure adult learning principles and systematic instructional design are applied to create required learning solutions and programs
  • Leverage rapid, agile development techniques and processes to create content for a rapidly changing environment
  • Lead process improvement efforts
  • Develop exercises, tutorials, job aids, assessments, and other methods of learning
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of design experience
  • Available online portfolio
  • Experience partnering with technical partners for design implementation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them to create dynamic advertising solutions
  • Knowledge of typographic and brand design principles
