Senior Learning Experience Designer

Amazon is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our sales education team, you will be responsible for developing highly impactful learning experiences for client-facing teams, specifically Sales roles and Amazon Ads advertisers.
Key Responsibilities- Translate business needs into training curriculum and educational content.
- Work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across Amazon Ads to understand training needs and build impactful educational content.
- Create content and curriculum that supports competency models developed for each role.
- Use project management tools and skills to manage medium to large-scale projects.
- Ensure adult learning principles and systematic instructional design are applied to create required learning solutions and programs.
- Leverage rapid, agile development techniques and processes to create content for a rapidly changing environment.
- Lead process improvement efforts.
- Develop exercises, tutorials, job aids, assessments, and other methods of learning, including social or connected learning strategies, and multimedia-based assets.
- Lead needs analyses and learning strategy development activities to improve individual and organizational performance through learning.
- 8+ years of design experience.
- Available online portfolio.
- Experience partnering with technical partners for design implementation.
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them to create dynamic advertising solutions.
- Knowledge of typographic and brand design principles.
