Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- State health and life insurance license must be obtained and maintained as required by state law within 90 days from hire date
- 3 years of sales/business development experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven success exceeding company sales goals and deliverables
- Proven established professional relationships with local/community contacts
- Ability to travel locally around 60% of the time
- Ability to work evenings & weekends, when required
- Access to reliable transportation to travel to client and/or community sites within a designated area
- Live within a commutable distance to assigned sales territory, overnight travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 years of marketing or community outreach experience
- Sales experience in insurance industry
- Experience in Medicare products, consumers, or managed care
- Demonstrated knowledge of CMS marketing rules and regulations
- Bilingual
California Residents Only:
The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $155,000 annually.
Role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
