Position Overview:


The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in aligning the marketing strategies with the overarching objectives of the organization. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of the automotive aftermarket sector within the United States.
The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Aftermarket Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

MARKETING INITIATIVES AND MATERIALS
Oversee projects and create marketing initiatives, brand materials, and long-term marketing strategies.

Product Documentation:
Develop specifications for labeling, neutralizing, packaging, and shipping products.
Prepare in-box materials: warranty documents, notifications, tags, stickers, etc.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance on product quality concerns.
Create all graphics for exhibitions, presentations, catalogs, social media, websites, etc.

Marketing Materials:
Produce Buyer's Guides, tri-fold brochures, flyers, catalogs, etc.
Address requests for marketing materials.
Craft marketing content for Hitachi Astemo and client websites.

Website Management:
Update images, landing pages, and graphic assets.

Advertising and Flyers:
Develop materials for customers and corporate use.
Collaborate on video content and newsletters.

EVENT MANAGEMENT
Organize, coordinate, and participate in industry events such as AAPEX/SEMA.

Design and Coordination of Trade Show Assets:
Create visual displays and manage trade show materials.

Asset Management and Creation:
Oversee existing assets, coordinate shipping, and develop new materials.
Capture imagery during trade events.
Additional responsibilities include managing UPC assignments, product specifications (weights and dimensions), and maintaining image standards.

Qualifications:

Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Exceptional skills in writing, editing, proofreading, and research.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal communication abilities.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, or a related field is required. Automotive Technology certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years in marketing, consulting, or agency roles.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Not applicable.

Work Environment:
Office setting with potential exposure to manufacturing and warehouse environments. Hybrid work schedule available.

Travel Requirements:
No travel necessary.
