Summary of Job Function

The position is for a positive, energetic, self-driven individual who is for supporting day to day activities of our internal and external clients.

Essential Job Duties

  • Preparation of internal and external client communications.
  • Report analysis.
  • Meet day to day internal and external client deadlines.
  • Supporting the internal and external clients.
Job Duties
  • Intellectual curiosity of our technology and uses critical thinking to solve problems.
  • Proofread, edit, and draft, and/or finalize client financial statements, reports, proposals, and engagement letters.
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as billing, processing tax returns and creating client portals
  • Report analysis - using various software programs run weekly reports, for different service lines; analyze data for accuracy.
  • Special project work as requested; may include cross-functional interaction with various team members.
  • Anticipate and respond to requests by team members for involvement in processes and procedures.
  • Work in a collaborative team environment as well as being self-motivated.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma.
  • Experience in administrations or relevant field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
