Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the organization’s database of clients, contacts, and vendors.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive leadership and various departments as required.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including calls and emails from clients and vendors.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for the executive team.
- Draft, format, and prepare reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budget reports.
- Arrange travel logistics for staff and executives.
- Maintain inventory and manage office supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:
