The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Cost Accounting with strong expertise in financial modeling and analysis. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the standard cost system and driving manufacturing accounting processes efficiently.Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage the monthly manufacturing close process and variance reporting
  • Analyze operational costs and prepare manufacturing analysis reports
  • Lead key cost findings meetings with operations teams and senior leadership
  • Collaborate with other departments on operational projects and cost accounting requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA, CMA and/or MBA preferred
  • 6+ years' experience in managing manufacturing cost accounting
  • Expert financial modeling and analysis skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and Business Performance Management systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
