- Develop and maintain the integrity of financial data through regular account reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing a clear picture of our financial performance.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard our financial assets.
- Conduct forecasting and budgeting activities, providing critical input for our financial planning.
- Leverage your strong ERP system experience to streamline our financial processes and improve efficiency, with a particular focus on Oracle.
- Collaborate closely with other team members and stakeholders, providing financial expertise and guidance as needed.
- Continually monitor and evaluate our cost accounting processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, and general ledger management.
- Strong ERP system experience, with experience in Oracle being highly desirable.
- Expertise in preparing and analyzing financial statements.
- A solid understanding of internal controls and their application in safeguarding financial assets.
- Experience in account reconciliation and maintaining the integrity of financial data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with relevant professional certifications being a plus.
