Operational Leadership (30% Daily):

  • Manage day-to-day operations of client portfolios, ensuring targets and metrics (revenue, profitability, compliance) are met.
  • Maintain an operational overview of the team to meet and maintain client deadlines and expectations.
  • Introduce and implement new best practices in services, staffing, and technology.
  • Collaborate with teams to set and achieve short- and long-term goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure site readiness, including proper signage and cleanliness.
  • Produce and present weekly reports.
  • Participate in weekly leadership discussions.

People Leadership (20% Daily):

  • Oversee staff time and attendance, dress code, and policies.
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback and determine training requirements.
  • Ensure timely completion of necessary training to enhance employee skills.

Meeting Room Spaces (20% Daily):

  • Monitor and support daily meeting room reservations.
  • Manage no-show reservations and maintain meeting room organization.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use.

Workspaces (10% Daily):

  • Maintain and clean mobile workspaces weekly.
  • Ensure resident workspaces are tidy and presentable when unoccupied.

Kitchen Areas (10% Daily):

  • Manage dishwasher operations and keep tables and chairs organized.
  • Coordinate supply deliveries and restock kitchen, pantry, and office supplies.

Backup Reception (8.5% Daily):

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients, ensuring their comfort.
  • Handle inquiries, visitor lists, and urgent requests.
  • Provide tours and manage temporary badge distribution and audits.

Training (1.5% Weekly):

  • Track training hours, classes, and certifications.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in service industries such as Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant, or Event Planning.
  • Strong technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, A/V equipment).
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate clients at all professional levels and maintain a high level of professional appearance.
