The Steve Napleton Auto Group is looking for an Automotive Car Dealership Office Manager.

**** AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ****

Automotive Dealership Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Train and staff the accounting team
  • Working knowledge of all accounting positions focused on billing, L&T, and schedule reconciliation.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts.
  • Keep the Management informed of crucial department and accounting staff issues.
  • Review financial statements and ledgers, and work with the accounting staff to clear up any discrepancies.
  • Special projects & assignments, including the creation and implementation of department policies.
  • Attend weekly meetings.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Automotive Office Manager Job Requirements:

  • Previous Automotive Office Manager experience required
  • Self-starter
  • Candidates should have strong communication, customer service, leadership, and organizational skills
