As an Automotive Service Advisor at Christian Brothers Automotive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their vehicles. Your role is crucial in fostering relationships with clients as they invest in their automotive needs.
Service Advisors are tasked with guiding customers through the repair process, keeping them updated on their vehicle's status, and ensuring their satisfaction upon completion of service.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome every customer with warmth and professionalism
- Clearly present optimal solutions for vehicle repairs in an understandable manner
- Efficiently manage the workflow within the service center
- Promote services with integrity and transparency
- Maintain a positive and collaborative team environment
- Communicate effectively with customers over the phone
- Establish long-lasting relationships with customers and the service center
- Coordinate and engage in customer service activities
- Provide shuttle services for customers as required
- Strong background in customer service is highly preferred
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is essential
- Valid driver's license
- Driving record that meets insurance standards
- Proficiency in Windows-based software and automotive applications
- Experience in automotive customer service and sales
- ASE certification in service management or equivalent is advantageous
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
